It includes videos and instruction related to physical activity, nutrition, stress management and self care. Also offered are videos with instruction on how to Take an Office Break (work station stretches), Eating for More Energy and Less Stress along with Take a Breath Break which leads you through a 5 minute technique that helps us feel like we have taken a 20 minute nap. This app also includes a food shopping guide for individuals who would like to make better choices related to preventing or better managing hypertension, diabetes and body weight.
